We hope you are pleased with your order from Wåven, however if you would like to return or exchange an item you have bought please note that you have 14 days to return the unwanted item(s).
Customer Returns Form
First, complete the returns which is sent with your order and indicate which items are to be exchanged or refunded. The Customer Returns Form is available here – RETURNS FORM.
Please note that only items that are un-used, in a salable condition and with all swing tickets still attached will be eligible for a full refund. If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you. Wåven reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Wåven can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organised). Wåven will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
Damaged & Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty please contact Wåven customer services on email@example.com stating ‘RETURN’ & your order number in the title of your email.
Refunds will be processed within a 30 day period. Please note Wåven will not refund the original shipping charge for your order. Wåven are also unable to reimburse post and packaging costs incurred for returning items for exchange or refunds. Refunds will be will be credited in the original payment format.
Please note that we advise you to obtain proof of posting your return as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned nor are Wåven responsible for postage cost incurred when retuning at item.
